Overview
Eva & Rose came to us with a name, an idea and a genuine love for selling not just toys, but for creating happy memories for children by supplying beautiful hand made and timeless gifts made to last. They had a keen eye for product (both owners being mums themselves), and they needed a brand and a website that was relatable and easy to use for both for their customers and the day to day running of the business. Being just the 2 of them working the business, it was clear that automation was going to play a big part in growth and this is an area we focused on from the outset.
We worked closely with them to understand and define their business goals, create their brand and build a low-maintenance eCommerce website that had the capacity for a large and diverse product range as well as functionality to expand internationally when the time was right. We coupled this with a cross-platform digital marketing funnel that would ensure both sustainable growth and reduced risk by minimising dependency on a single marketing channel.
